說明: Amylose is a linear polymer of glucose linked mainly by α(1→4) bonds. It can be made of several thousand glucose units. It is one of the two components of starch, the other being amylopectin. This product is soluble in50 mMNaOH at a concentration of 1 mg/mL. The product can also be dissolved as follows (final concentration = 1 mg/ml): Dissolve 100 mg in 1 mL ethanol. Add 10 mL water and 2 mL of 10% NaOH. Heat in boiling water bath until sample dissolves, cool to ambient temperature, then dilute to 100 mL with water.
直鏈淀粉為藍色,支鏈淀粉為紅褐色。
